Cập nhật: 13/12/2023

According to Outlook Traveller, located on Vietnam's Central coast, Da Nang city offers cultural diversity, street food and stunning sea views. Da Nang is also known as "The City of Bridges". Starting from the promenade on the Han River to the sunset on My Khe beach, Da Nang is a city worth visiting.

Getting to Da Nang is way convenient since visitors can travel by any means of transportation from Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang and Da Lat. In particular, the city now also has a number of direct flights to help visitors easily travel. Danang International Airport connects major cities around the world. Da Nang Station is one of the three largest train stations in Vietnam welcoming daily trips for both North-bound and South-bound trains.

Describing the landscape of Da Nang, Outlook Traveller stated, standing on the Golden Bridge spanning two mountains, admiring the sacred pagodas located on 5 hills called Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountains). Visit the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum to admire more than 1,000 samples of traditional crafts, modern and folk art. Or if you want to see a breathtaking sunset, head down to picturesque My Khe Beach.

Da Nang has many attractive destinations for tourists to choose from when visiting.

Explore beautiful bridges

Da Nang currently has 6 bridges connecting the city centre with Son Tra district and Ngu Hanh Son landscape. The city has long been associated with the beloved name: "City of bridges". Among these, the Golden Bridge becomes famous every time it is mentioned. Opened in June 2018 and shaped like a pair of giant hands reaching from the mountain to the sky, the Golden Bridge truly attracts both domestic and foreign tourists every time they come here.

Golden Bridge Da Nang is one of the unique works in the Sun World Ba Na Hills Da Nang tourist complex. The bridge is 3,280 feet above sea level. To get to the bridge, visitors must take one of the longest cable cars in the world through Ba Na forest. The bridge length is about 150m, giving visitors a beautiful and majestic view of the landscape. Visitors can also visit nearby attractions such as Fantasy Park, an amusement park that offers an amazing 7D experience.

The bridge has an extremely impressive design, softly curving like a shiny golden silk strip between the mountains and forests, cradled by two giant moss-covered hands, as if Ba Na nature itself gave birth to it.

Besides, Dragon Bridge - 666 m long and 37.5 m wide with 6 lanes - is shaped like an undulating golden dragon. Come here on weekend nights, the bridge is shaped like a dragon that breathes fire and water every Saturday and Sunday.

True to the name Ngu Hanh (five elements), this complex has 5 limestone mountains called: Kim – Moc – Thuy – Hoa – Tho (meaning Metal - Wood - Water - Fire - Earth) and these names were given by Emperor Minh Mang of the Nguyen Dynasty. Marble Mountains have had special significance for the people of Central Vietnam for centuries.
