The province Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism staged the opening ceremony of the Xoan singing training and practice class for the Phu Tho Xoan
An annual cultural festival honouring UNESCO-recognised Quan Ho (love duet singing) was kicked off in the northern province of Bac Ninh on February 25 evening.
Bac Lieu is the birthplace of amateur music in association with renowned composer Cao Van Lau, who penned classic “A nostalgic nocturne for the husband”.
